Wolfe Directed by Tony Sias* *Tuesday, Sept. 12th – 4:30pm @ Metro Campus Mainstage* *Performances: Western Campus are Oct. 26, 27, 28 @ 7:30pm* *Performances at The Ohio Theatre at Playhouse Square are Nov. 2, 3, 4 @ 7:30pm & Nov. 2 @ 10:30am* *AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: * *Introduction:* i.e. "Hi, my name is __ and I'll be performing '_____' by _____." *Performance:* A 60-second excerpt of a self-prepared sacred song (i.e. gospel, negro spiritual, anthem, etc.). Auditions are preferred to be performed unaccompanied, but if you wish to bring an accompanist, that is permitted. Hey all, I'm looking for adorable, crazy, funny outgoing little kids age sitting up unassisted to 7 for an upcoming issue of Hudson Living Magazine and possible something bigger. They'll be modeling crazy winter hats, scarves and gloves, and it will be really fun! Models chosen will get a free copy of the magazine and a free family sitting and 8x10. ($300 value!) Opera Western Reserve Auditions

OPERA WESTERN RESERVE SEEKING SINGERS OWR will be holding additional auditions for Porgy & Bess, which will be presented in a semi staged concert at Stambaugh Auditorium on Friday, March 9th 2018 at 7:30 p.m. The following roles are still open: Mariah (contralto) Sportin' Life (tenor) Nelson/Chorus soloist (tenor) Jim/Chorus soloist (baritone) Robins (tenor/actor) Peter (tenor/actor) Undertaker (actor) By contractual agreement the above roles must be cast with African American performers. Auditions will be held the evening of Monday, September 11th at Stambaugh Auditorium. An accompanist will be provided. Additionally, we will be accepting volunteer chorus members to participate in our production of Lucia di Lammermoor which will take place on Friday, November 10th.
