Role: Ticketing Concierge Salary Range: $11.00/hour Playhouse Square is seeking outgoing, people-oriented customer service professionals to fill the role of Ticketing Concierge. Some responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls and patron emails, and return related voicemails for the Individual Ticket Sales and Service Line. Remain up-to-date with all Playhouse Square District businesses, events, performances and procedures to aid in creating an evening package. * Efficiently respond to ticket buyer inquiries, ADA requests, and be a solution source for patrons via phone and email. * * Accurately input and maintain patron data and sales documentation. Maintain any sales logs or communication as requested by management. * * Consistently meet or exceed sales and donation goals as established by management. The minimum required availability is 3 shifts per week. Summer auditions and soon to be Fall auditions are here! Will you be prepared? Dr. Christopher Hutton, baritone, is taking new voice students and excited to get you physically and mentally prepared for auditions and performances. Dr. Hutton has a Masters Degree and Doctorate of Music Arts degrees in Vocal Pedagogy (Science of Singing) from Arizona State University, and is fluent in teaching both belting/music theatre technique and classical technique. Christopher attended Youngstown State University where he received his Bachelors in Voice Performance. He has also performed opera at regional opera houses for over thirteen years. Actors will portray poor, white Chicago-based gang members* called the Young Patriots, who in history joined with the Black Panthers, P-Stone Rangers and Young Lords to form the Rainbow Coalition protesting police brutality and upholding civil rights. History shows this group formed out of a dense Chicago slum filled with poor whites that had migrated from the rural South after World War II. Most were fleeing Appalachia’s dying coal industry, and they brought their culture with them.
