The Dark Room is an ongoing event held on the second Tuesday of each month. The Dark Room affords emerging and veteran playwrights the space and resources to develop new works. It offers a venue to workshop plays, novels, poems, or any other written work in a supportive, yet critical environment. *Tuesday, December 11th* *The Church at CPT* (Just east of the Gordon Square Theatre Box Office) Cleveland Public Theatre 6415 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102 *FREE Wine, Beer and Snacks!* *7:00pm: *Sign-up begins for writers and actors (space is limited). ORGANIST/PIANIST Old South Church UCC in Kirtland, OH is seeking an organist/pianist to play the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service and to accompany the Chancel Choir which rehearses on Thursday evenings. The church has a 2-manual Wicks pipe organ. A skilled pianist with the some ability to play the organ would be considered. The organist position regularly runs from September through May. Playing for summer services is optional and paid separately. This is a progressive and welcoming congregation that appreciates good music. The position is available beginning January, 2019. “I have a dream, a song to sing....” If you’ve ever dreamed of being a part of a production of ABBA’s “Mamma Mia,” NOW IS YOUR CHANCE! Auditions for the REGIONAL COMMUNITY THEATER PREMIER are fast approaching! Auditions will be held at Olde Towne Hall Theatre, Sunday and Monday, Dec 16 and 17 at 7PM. Callbacks will be held Thursday, Dec 20. Director Kim Mihalik, choreographer Heidi Freas and music director Marci Saxon will be looking for a diverse cast of actors, singers and dancers to bring this magical show to life. Please bring your resume with photograph and prepare a song of your choice: sheet music or tracks are acceptable. You’ll also be asked to learn to short combination by Heidi so wear comfortable clothing. Show dates are February 15-March 9 with only one matinee on March 3.
