Embrace the spirit of community and join us for this intimate storytelling event. Full Circle Storytelling revolves around the belief that everyone has a story, and those stories are worth telling. Attendees can sign up to tell a true story inspired (or not!) by the evening's prompt or participate by simply listening. All are welcome, no experience necessary. Since this FREE event takes place at a library and is open to people of all ages, language and content of stories should be no stronger than PG-13. (Basically: nothing your mama wouldn't want to hear.) There's no minimum length for stories (but should be no longer than about 5) and they can range from heart wrenching to hysterical - and anything in-between! Gates Mills Players are excited to announce auditions fortheir upcoming production of The Savannah Sipping Society by Jones Hope Wooten,directed by Shannon Seaber. Auditions will take place on Tuesday, December 16th and Thursday,December 18th from 7pm-9pm at the GatesMills Community House (1460 Chagrin River Rd. Gates Mills, OH 44040). Comeprepared to read from the script and with any conflicts starting in January. Callbacks will be the following week, if needed. The show consists of four (4) female characters who are/read40-70 years old, plus one non-speaking female role. No AEA roles available. Allactors are volunteers. Show runs March 13th-21st onFridays and Saturdays with one matinee on March 15th. Rehearsal will typically be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays(with the occasional Wednesday swapped for Tuesday due to scheduling conflicts)through January and February. The March schedule may be more intense. No conflictsduring Tech Week or on show dates will be considered.
