Run Crew Cleveland Play House, America’s first regional theatre andrecipient of the 2015 Regional Theatre Tony Award, is accepting applicationsfor Run Crew personnel to work on our shows this season. Candidatesmust be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and 2-3 years of experience shifting andmoving scenery backstage is preferred. Experience with automation orprojection systems a plus. Qualified applicants must be able to followinstructions, be reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Positionsare on a show by show basis and start 9/11/16 and run through May 14,2017. Most shows run 4 to 5 weeks. The first two weeks are bothafternoon and evening calls. After opening, hours are mostly nights andweekends with an occasional matinee. Experience with maintaining hair styles and wigs a plus. Applicants should have 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably inregional theatre.
