KARAMU SUMMER ARTS CONTINUES! Summer Arts at Karamu Running NOW through August 4 Karamu House continues to strengthen its commitment to cultivating community engagement by hosting a diverse arts intensive this summer. Karamu House is now enrolling for the second session of Summer Arts at Karamu, a performance-based, arts intensive that runs from July 5 through August 4, 2017. Students will receive focused instruction in dance, drama, vocal music, creative writing and visual arts led by professional artists. Classes will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (with breakfast being served at 8:30 am). All classes will be held at Karamu House located at 2355 East 89th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. The programming is available for children in grades 3 through 12 and each session will culminate with a youth production. Tuition for students will cover weekly sessions, as well as healthy breakfast, lunch and snack. Financial assistance is available for families.
