French Creek Theatre is proud to announce... STAGE COMBAT Stage combat is a movement system used to keep actors safe while performing the violence needed in a play. These classes will focus on the techniques for movement without weapons, including slaps, punches, and hair pulls. Each class will focus on a different range of violent movements and then participants will perform them with a partner. Tennis shoes and movement clothes required. Dr. Christopher Hutton, Baritone, is taking new voice students and excited to get you physically and mentally prepared for auditions and performances. Dr. Hutton has a Masters Degree and Doctorate of Music Arts degrees in Vocal Pedagogy (Science of Singing) from Arizona State University, and is fluent in teaching both belting and classical technique. Christopher attended Youngstown State University where he received his Bachelors in Voice Performance. Dr. Hutton offers free consultations to those interested before committing to the voice studio.
