*DIRECTOR ASSISTANT/STAGE MANAGER TYPE AND MORE* Mapleside Farms fall festival has 2 live shows and roaming characters and we need help. Assisting with prep, rehearsals, Audio cuing, costumes, etc., for both the Princess and the Pumpkin (20 min play) as well as the MSPN Pig Races (15-20 min), prior to opening on Sept 10th, 2021. Then ensure the running of all performances throughout the days. Schedule is Fridays 4-9pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-6pm from Sept 10 through Oct 31st, 2021. Duties will also include pick up and return of costumes to rental houses and washing and drying some costumes from week to week. So must have transportation. Most likely hiring a couple of people to cover the season commitment. **Bonus if you’re able to Wrangle and run our Pigs during the pig races. This would actually require a few hours each day with the pigs beginning early September prepping them to start on Sept 10. This is actually not as hard as it sounds. Volunteers Needed at Chagrin Valley Little Theatre

Chagrin Valley Little Theatre is finally ready to open its doors and welcome Northeast Ohio back into our beloved theatre. Chagrin Valley Little Theatre will be kicking off its 92nd season with Jeffrey Hatcher's *Holmes and Watson *on September 17, 2021 with performances continuing through October 2, 2021. There will be seven performances throughout the run with evening performances beginning at 8:00 pm and the lone Sunday matinee on September 26, 2021, beginning at 2:00pm. *We need your help to make this show and future shows and events succeed.* We need four volunteers for each performance: 2 ticket takers and 2 volunteer ushers to assist with seating in the house. Volunteers are asked to arrive at the theatre one hour prior to the start of the performance (7:00pm for evening performances and 1:00 pm for matinees). Each shift will begin with a brief orientation session before starting at your assigned post. Volunteers do not have a uniform, but we ask that you arrive in business casual clothing. Please, no jeans or sneakers when volunteering. Please note that this season, masks will be required of everyone attending CVLT performances, both staff and patrons alike. Please plan accordingly when preparing to leave for the theatre. Once the lobby has been cleared of patrons, volunteers are welcome to stay and enjoy the show. Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, located at 40 River Street in Chagrin Falls, announces the return of live performances with *Holmes and Watson* *by* *Jeffrey Hatcher*. Performances are *September 17 to October 2 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm with a matinee performance on Sunday September 26 at 2 p.m.* *Sherlock Holmes is dead. Or so it is assumed. The world knows the great detective went over the falls at Reichenbach with his nemesis Professor Moriarty. But as Holmes’ body was never retrieved, a number of frauds, fakes, and charlatans have come forward since to lay claim to his identity, and it falls to Dr. Watson to disprove them. Then a telegram arrives informing Watson that three men, each claiming to be Holmes, have been committed to a remote asylum off the coast of Scotland. Now Watson must discover if one of the mad men is the real Sherlock Holmes.* *Tickets are $19 regular and $15 senior/student*.
