Our new 2022-2023 Performance Season is here, and we are looking for house managers and ushers! Would you like to join us as a volunteer usher or house manager to see our productions? On Saturday, September 10 at 1:00 pm we are hosting an afternoon of appreciation for our current ushers and a welcome for anyone interesting in joining our fabulous group of volunteers. In addition to snacks and refreshments, we will be reviewing updates on some new house manager & ushering policies and procedures that will go along with our new ticketing software. This week! The Kent Trumbull Theatre is holding auditions for their production of "The Impracticality of Modern Day Mastodons" by Rachel Teagle. AUDITION DATES/TIMES: August 31 & September 1 6pm-8pm SHOW DATES: October 21-23, 28-30 Recommended Ages 15 and up. Suddenly all childhood dreams have come true, and the world is full of astronauts, ballerinas, cowboys, and princesses. It's a brave and glorious new world for everyone but Jess, who wanted to be a mastodon when she grew up. With the help of her friendly vocational adviser and her super-spy boyfriend, Jess embarks on a journey to find her place in the world, and discover why it seems to be unraveling. An offbeat comedy about ambition, vocation, and restlessness. Auditions will consist of readings from the script. All students and community members are welcome to try out.
