*Willow's Edge Creations* is producing Jesus Christ Superstar We are now urgently in need of a Music Director and musicians to join our production team. SHOW INFORMATION: Rehearsals begin: August 14 Performances run: September 21,22,23,28,29,30 October 5,6,7 Rehearsals are in the evenings and some saturday mornings. Will not be required at all rehearsals. We have auditions THIS WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY with callbacks this Saturday April 29th and am hoping to have them as apart of that process...but if not possible...as soon as possible. *MUSICIANS: * I am looking forward (at minimum): Guitarist (x2 if possible) Bass player Keyboard Drums (If there is anyone who is brass, violinist, etc...talk to me!) Stage Manager for 2023-2024 Season (September 2023-Jan 2025) Genesis Stage Manager’s overall purpose is to work directly with the director, cast and production staff to move a show from inception to closing. *ESSENTIAL* *FUNCTIONS* 1. Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances. 2. Call actors for rehearsals and performances 3. Maintain props, furniture and set during the run. 4. Coordinate set and props between scene changes. 5. Calling cues and possibly actors' entrances during performance 6. Mark out the dimensions of the set on the floor of the rehearsal hall 7. Make sure rehearsal props and furnishings are available for the actors. 8. Attend all rehearsals. 9. Manage furniture and props. 10. Arrange costume and wig fittings. 11. Dance partner auditions Looking for a male dance partner ages 25-40 for theater arts ( lift focused duet style of dance that is usually mixed with contemporary or ballroom style dance base) to compete and perform with. My style of this tends to be a mixture because I have experience multiple styles of dancing, but generally more modern or contemporary Height and weight doesn’t really matter if you’re doing this correctly, but for reference I am 5’9” 117lbs Dance experience is not required but if you have dance or lifting experience that’s great too! If you are someone with no experience but a lot of passion we can train together until we are at a point that we are able to perform. My name is Tabitha Miner, I am a professional dancer and the owner of Tabitha in Motion. My most recent partner has injured himself (not while dancing) and I am not replacing him but I do want to continue to compete and perform so I am taking on additional partners. This type of dancing is very lift based so it can be a little taxing just something to keep in mind but it is a great workout! Rehearsal schedule can be flexible because we are only two people so planning rehearsal times isn’t too difficult.
