*APOLLO'S FIRE* (the Cleveland Baroque Orchestra) seeks an *Orchestra Production Assistant*. *Job Description:* The Orchestra Production Assistant assists the Stage Managers in multiple facets of orchestra production in Apollo’s Fire rehearsals and concerts – primarily local, but also some touring. This work includes riser and stage set-up, as well as lighting, audio, and instrument transportation. Each project runs approximately 8-13 days and may involve 40-70 hours per week. Pay is $25 per hour, paid at the conclusion of each project. This is a part-time, hourly position, working during the Fall 2025 dates listed below. Near West Theatre is currently looking for 2 dancers/strong movers to complete the casting of our upcoming production of Hairspray. Both of the open roles are for Council Members who present as white and male. There is also the opportunity to understudy the role of Link (additionally or separately) with a guaranteed performance in the role. Rehearsal and performance dates outlining the commitment are included below. Beck Center for the Arts Youth Theater, one of the oldest continuously running Youth Theaters in the country, will be holding auditions September 27 and September 28, 2025 for the second production of our 77 Season: HOLY MOTHER OF BINGO Written by Patrick Walsh Directed by Kierstan Conway An innocent bingo fundraiser at the Our Mother of Mercy church goes awry when parishioners mysteriously drop dead! Tensions rise as everyone begins identifying suspects, but who could be behind the elaborate spree? The disgruntled choir director? The magician turned youth minister? The ex-convict that has recently turned to the power of prayer? It couldn’t be one of the Cookie Cadets selling their beloved cookies, or could it? Everyone’s a suspect in this murder mystery… including the audience. Join in the fun with live bingo, prizes, and laughs galore! This can be done in a monologue from the performer's or object's point of view, a conversation between the performer and said object, or any other creative way you explore.
