Spring auditions are here and are you prepared? Dr. Christopher Hutton, Baritone, is taking new voice students and excited to get you physically and mentally prepared for auditions and performances. Dr. Hutton has a Masters Degree and Doctorate of Music Arts degrees in Vocal Pedagogy (Science of Singing) from Arizona State University, and is fluent in teaching both belting/music theatre technique and classical technique. Christopher attended Youngstown State University where he received his Bachelors in Voice Performance. He has also performed opera at regional opera houses for over thirteen years. Dr. Hutton offers free consultations to those interested before committing to the voice studio. With the influences of their friends and family (played out in their imaginations) as well as the effects of social media (Google, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube personified), this first date seems to be doomed. But with the help of a meddling but well-meaning waiter, Casey and Aaron might make a connection after all. The Brecksville Theatre is looking to fill the position of Summer Camp Director Looking for a rewarding adventure this summer? Well, we have the perfect one for you! The Brecksville Theatre is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who can bring an educational theater program to life. Our two-week summer camp hosts students grades 1-12 (grade they will be entering in the Fall) from July 15th-26th. Classes run from 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. Monday-Friday. The program culminates on July 26th and 28th with live performances on our stage at Brecksville's Old Town Hall, providing an opportunity for families to see the work their children have accomplished. A framework for the program based on past years is available, however, we are very open to innovative ideas proposed by applicants. In addition to the Director we hire a support staff of instructors that will assist in the daily instruction of the students. Compensation for the organization, implementation, and completion of The 2019 Brecksville Theatre Summer Camp program is $1,000.
