Love Letters by A.R. Gurney is a play that was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Part-Time Ticketing Concierge Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls and patron emails, and return related voicemails for the Individual Ticket Sales and Service Line. * Execute the expectations of Playhouse Square sales and service code of exemplary service and action. * Remain up-to-date with all Playhouse Square District businesses, events, performances and procedures to aid in creating an evening package. * Efficiently respond to ticket buyer inquiries, ADA requests, and be a solution source for patrons via phone and email. * Accurately input and maintain patron data and sales documentation. Maintain any sales logs or communication as requested by management. * Consistently meet or exceed sales and donation goals as established by management. * Assist in other departments and other tasks as needed. Qualifications: * Outgoing, people oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills. * Prior customer service and direct/phone sales experience, familiarity with the performing arts preferred. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. * Displays creativity and personal accountability in the workplace. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of current PC hardware and software. Audition for all voice parts. Singers Companye is a professional level chamber choir that sings demanding repertoire in a wide variety of styles. Candidates should have a strong background in ensemble singing, a good sense of period style and should read choral scores with ease. These are not paid positions but the performance level is excellent. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings in Akron from 7-9:30.
