Bay Village Community Theater will hold auditions for its staged reading of excerpts from "Born Yesterday" October 3 and October 4 at the Bay Village Police Station Community Room. @ 7 pm. Needed are two men and one woman: Harry Brock: Middle aged male; gruff, crude, non-apologetic, dominating demeanor Paul Verrall: 30's, intelligent, sarcastic, elite demeanor. Billie Dawn: 30's, female; outwardly simple minded and scatter-brained. High maintenance, rough demeanor. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Director is Judy Mazur

We will be offering Adult Modern classes, we were wondering if we could post this on your mailing list. The post is as follows: "Elu Dance Company is excited to offer an Adult Modern class! This Hawkins-fusion class runs on Thursdays from 7:30-9pm, began on September 22 and will run through October 27(after which another 6-week session will begin). Classes are $15 per class. This cabaret-style show allows the audience to enjoy coffee and fancy desserts tableside during the delightful performance. Ms. Clayton Karas holds a Master’s degree and Suzuki certification from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and is a long-time Musician-In-Residence at the Cleveland Clinic. *Lisa Bell Benedetto**, Grammy-nominated pianist/recording artist*, began her piano lessons at C.I.M. at the young age of five, graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in music composition. Remaining on the West coast for fifteen years, she released three CDs. Her first CD, “*Soulscapes*”, aired on over 700 radio stations nation- wide, earning her the Grammy nomination. The motion picture, “*The Stonecutter*”, featured her film score and debuted at the 1998 Santa Barbara International Film Festival. After returning to her hometown, Lisa wrote and performed many children’s shows for The Tower City Center.
