Saturday Master Classes at Verb Ballets Studio Verb Ballets is excited to offer a Master Classes on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Verb Ballets' Studio in Shaker Heights. Taught by professionals Pamela Pribisco and Saundra Bohl. Open to all dancers ages 10+ who would like to attend from local studios, colleges or community. Cost is $55 for the full day or $20 per class. Pre-registration required. Ballet and Pointe with Pamela Pribisco The class will work on grace, precision of movement and musicality. Emphasis is on correct body placement and developing a love of dance. Followed by pointe class which includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. Spanish Dance with Saundra Bohl This class will focus on learning elements of Spanish dance including Flamenco, Regional, Classical, and Escuela Bolera styles. Emphasis on technique which includes footwork, upper body and arms. Character shoes or jazz shoes suggested and skirts encouraged but not required. *November 4th and 5th: Cleveland Dance Fest 2016* Join us for Cleveland's first ever Cleveland Dance Fest, a two-day dance festival November 4th & 5th at the beautiful Little Theater at Cleveland Public Auditorium! The evening will feature work by 9 Cleveland choreographers, including 2016 Creative Workforce Fellow Rebecca Leuszler, who works daily to advance the choreographic process here in Cleveland. This Fellowship is a program of the Community Partnership for Arts and Culture. Funding for the Fellowship program is made possible by the generous support of Cuyahoga County residents through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture. CDF is generously funded by Cuyahoga Arts & Culture and Community Partnership for Arts and Culture.
