Ashland University, a primarily undergraduate institution, seeks applications for an Assistant Professor of Theatre, Non-Tenure Track, position in the Department of Music and Theatre to begin August 2026. A terminal degree in Theatre (MFA in Acting or Directing or PhD in Theatre) is required by the start date. The successful candidate will have teaching and directing experience. Primary responsibilities are directing one show each semester, teaching courses in the theatre minor and academic core, and serving as Artistic Director/Assistant Department Chair. Specific courses could include: Theatre Aesthetics, Script Analysis, American Musical Theatre, Acting for Non-Majors. Free Stage Prop- Bar with Locking Wheels

Our theater in Lakewood has run out of room to store this bar. About 6 ft. long, and about 3.5 ft. high, has locking wheels. Can support the weight of 2 adults sitting on it. Used in multiple productions so there are some slight cosmetic blemishes but looks great onstage and is really sturdy. If you can move it, it's yours. *Millennial Theatre Company to Hold Auditions for Area Premiere of Mean Girls the Musical!* *Youngstown, Ohio - *The Millennial Theatre Company (MTC) is holding an open casting call for *Mean Girls the Musical*. Auditions will be held at the Youngstown Playhouse (600 Playhouse Lane) on Thursday, January 8th, from 5:30pm-9:30pm and Saturday, January 10th, from 11pm-3:30pm. ALL ROLES ARE OPEN! Please come prepared with a 30-60 second cut of a song in the style of the show. A headshot and resume are encouraged but not required.
