Anne owns a priceless art collection that her relatives just might just kill to possess, along with her historic mansion. Her family includes a cash-strapped poet son, played by Craig Gifford and his attractive but ruthless wife (Shannon Sidorick), and a sweet granddaughter with her dubious husband (Morgan Albert and Brendon Berns), all of whom scheme for favor while double-crossing each other. Her only allies might be her live-in doctor/ex-lover (Bobby Thomas), and her butler 'Rashi,' an East Indian paroled convict (David Hess). Did we mention Anne is also a bit of a firebug? But closer to 480. *Please drive to the back and enter in through the back doors where the meeting rooms are located. We will be in the Children's meeting room #1.* *If unable to attend, please submit an audition video. *If* you receive an email with your role listed in the subject space, by APRIL 20-21 then you have been chosen for that role. The Watchers (a segment of Fallen Angels) have begun to do their dirty work among humans to re-gain control they once had over mankind long ago. They also have a goal of releasing other Watchers. The Archangels arrive secretly in human form to arrest them and place them back into an extra-dimensional pit. But the Watcher’s do not give up without a fight. The web series will have a conglomerate feel of shows like “Supernatural” and “Star Gate.” There will be some fighting and special effects. *NOTE*: Extras will be needed in a couple of episodes as the residents of a small town, as well as non-speaking roles –any race--on the side of the Watcher’s. Fight/stunt experiences a plus but not a must. ****Keep in mind the speech of the Watchers and Archangels is like that of the Asgardians from, "Thor."**** * List of Roles* *The Unrighteous Angels* *Azazel*- (Between 25-35) Attractive. Any Race. A Watcher who sides very closely with Samjaza. Care nothing for mankind. Arrogant and full of himself. *Oren*- (Between 25-35) Caucasian male. Tall. He is from the Ophanim creator class of angel. Oren is a scientist angel with Nazi flare. Has German/Austrian accent or close to it. His look is *similar *to real life Nazi war criminals ( Ludwig Fischer/Bruno Tesch/Werner Von Braun/Dr.Irmfried Eberl) *Turel*- (Between 20-30) Caucasian male. Attractive. Nervous character. A Watcher who also sides with Azazel and Samjaza, but is the “runt of the pack.” He is not well liked by any of the Watchers. Turel becomes deeply in love with a human woman. *The Righteous Angels* *Zohar*- (Between 25-35)Caucasian male. Tall. Think of a young Nikola Tesla with an accent. Very classy. Takes pride in his work. He is also a scientist angel of the Ophanim creator class of angel who was a colleague of Oren before the Heavenly wars. He sides with the archangels and is after Oren. *Humans* *Dr. Caspar Van Aachen*- (Age 55 and up) Caucasian male. Father of Dr. Runi Van Aachen. Caspar is a professor of archeology and history. Believes in forbidden archeological findings outside of traditional academic acceptance. Has a run in with Oren. **This role is for the first episode.** (The Van Aachens--- Father and son personas are like Dr. Daniel Jackson from “Star Gate.”) *Elisa Taggart*- (Between 20-25) Attractive. Any race or Biracial Latina or African-American/Caucasian mix. The love interest of Turel. It is not known to her that Turel is a Watcher. Love relationship between the two is like that of “Spiderman.” Elisa is the daughter of Agent Taggart. *Donna Brasse*-(Between 25-30) Attractive. Any Race. A working woman who is the fiancée of Harrison Grant. Donna becomes Samjaza’s “toy interest,”even though she is engaged. She has no interest in Samjaza. This creates friction when Samjaza continues to pursue her. *Agent Debra Gunner*- (Between 30-40) Any Race. Agent Taggart’s partner. Calm disposition and opposite personality of her partner, but good friends with him. *Tamara Wilcox*- (Between 20-30) Close friend of Susan Garrett. Has an interestingly sensual encounter with Azazel, whom she doesn’t know is a Watcher. Tamara is very concerned about her circumstances and seeks the help of Susan. *Harrison Grant*-(Between 25-35) Any Race. Harrison is the fiancé of Donna. Very protective of her. He ends up in a mysterious “Fire in the Sky” type of predicament sometime after confrontation with Samjaza. *Daniel Silverstein*- (18-23/25) Caucasian male. Former student of Dr. Runi Van Aachen. Has an interest in comic books, ancient artifacts and mythology. Somewhat geeky college student. Has an experience similar to Sam Witwicky from the movie “Transformers.” -- *Sky Merkabah, LLC* "Where Vision Meets Imagination."

Cleveland Public Theatre announces Auditions for Dontrell, Who Kissed the Sea Written by Nathan Davis Directed by Megan Sandberg-Zakian Looking to cast the following role... ROBBY- (19, Male, African-American)- Dontrell's best friend and an honorary member of the family. Equity Agreements may be available for this production About the play... It's a month before his first day in college and Dontrell wakes up from a dream that will change his life. This young African American's unconventional journey begins with swimming lessons, and ends in a boat drifting into the sea to meet his grandfather's spirit. This magical play is about our connection to the past and living in the moment. World Premiere. About the process... The cast will function as an ensemble and will compliment or underscore the play with singing and movement. Singing and movement experience is not required, but actors inspired by music and movement or experience with singing and dancing are encouraged to audition. Rehearsals for this production will begin on Tuesday, April 14th, 2015. Performances will be in the James Levin Theatre on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays at 7pm May 20th - June 6th. The Skin of Our Teeth By Thornton Wilder Directed by Fred Gloor Meet George and Maggie Antrobus of Excelsior, New Jersey, a suburban, commuter-town couple (married for 5,000 years), who bear more than a casual resemblance to that first husband and wife, Adam and Eve: the two Antrobus children, Gladys (perfect in every way, of course) and Henry (who likes to throw rocks and was formerly known as Cain); and their garrulous maid, Sabina (the eternal seductress), who takes it upon herself to break out of character and interrupt the course of the drama at every opportunity ("I don't understand a word of this play!") Whether he is inventing the alphabet or merely saving the world from apocalypse, George and his redoubtable family somehow manage to survive--by the skin of their teeth. Completed by the author less than a month after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, The Skin of Our Teeth (1942) broke from established theatrical conventions and walked off with the 1943 Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Combining farce, burlesque, and satire, and elements of the comic strip, Thornton Wilder depicts an Everyman Family as it narrowly escapes one end-of-the-world disaster after another, from the Ice Age to flood to war.
