Great Lakes Theater Seeks: Audience Engagement Coordinator Great Lakes Theater (GLT), Cleveland's professional classic theater company at Playhouse Square, seeks a self-motivated, people/detail-oriented and energetic individual who possesses excellent communications skills to join its creative/collaborative team. The position works with the company's Director of Marketing and Strategic Advancement to engage new and existing audiences and exceed earned income goals by cultivating/activating relationships with targeted audience segments, businesses, community organizations and promotional partners. The position also produces a series of audience engagement events, coordinates the editorial process for all institutional playbill publications, manages the operations of an on-site gift shop and curates/develops content for the company's website and social media networks. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience in any/many of the following related areas: sales, special event planning, community outreach, marketing, writing/editing. Experience with ticketing and/or ticket-based software is a plus as is a demonstrated background in creating/publishing video content online and basic graphic design. 12-21 Entertainment Group Ltd. is having a casting call for our upcoming project "Now What" (2016). Now What is a dramedy web series from the creator of The Greek Chronicles (2013). "Now What" is the story of Jazmine, a 30 something career driven woman who's life is turned upside down when after finding out she is pregnant, her boyfriend dumps her before she has the chance to tell him the news. So NOW WHAT is she going to do! We are casting for several supporting roles in this project. However, it not only provides the catalyst for their re-engagement with each other but also leads to confrontation. Cleveland Public Theatre announces Auditions for Lines in the Dust Written by Nikkole Salter Directed by Beth Wood Looking to cast... 60 - 70 year-old Caucasian man: Mike DiMaggio is a charming and resourceful Italian American grandfather; high school graduate; retired Police lieutenant; freelance, licensed private investigator; actively participates in securing the safety and status of his neighborhood. AEA agreements may be considered for this role. About the play... Denitra is determined to find a way for her teenage daughter to escape their impoverished inner city school and get the education she deserves. District jumping to the neighboring upper class suburb seems a risk worth taking until Denitra and her daughter fall under scrutiny. LINES IN THE DUST is a compelling new work that explores how community informs identity and the relationships between people on either side of the opportunity gap. Regional Premiere. We are casting a female for a product demonstration/lifestyle type photo shoot. Looking for a "mom" type who has a neat appearance, approx 20 to 40 years old. Must be comfortable working around a dog, puppy and infant baby. We will be shooting for a couple hours in a private residence, our product is a standing vacuum and a handheld vacuum.
