This is a theatrical storytelling event. ***ONE WEEKEND ONLY!!!*** About Kyle Jozsa: Drawing on a work ethic derived from his path to Eagle Scout, Kyle Jozsa co-founded the storytelling theatre company, Wandering Aesthetics in 2013 with his partner in work and life, Benjamin Rexroad. Kyle serves as Wandering Aesthetics’ Artistic Director, Director of Education and primary Storyteller. As such, Kyle is charged with collecting stories from the heart of Appalachia to the shores of the Cuyahoga, creating dynamic storytelling performances and inspiring students to find their voices and tell their own tales. Kyle’s theatrical training includes an intensive summer program at Double Edge Theatre in Asheville, MA, multiple workshops with Akron’s own New World Performance Laboratory and extensive work with Director Benjamin Rexroad. Brecksville Little Theatre Seeks Directors for the 2017 Calendar Year

Brecksville Little Theatre is seeking directors for the 2017 calendar year. Directors would have access to the Brecksville Old Town Hall for rehearsals and production dates during the following timeslots: January 1 – February 15 April 1 – May 15 September 1 – October 15 If another venue is needed for auditions or additional rehearsal time in advance of the dates indicated, arrangements could be made for use of another facility. Interested directors should submit a resume with their preferred timeslot and a list of up to three shows they would like to direct to BLT at mail(a)brecksvillelittletheatre.org. Deadline for submissions is April 25, 2016. Musicals and mystery themed shows are encouraged. Original full-length plays can be included but the script must be available. Selected directors will be invited to meet with the BLT Board at its June meeting. Directors are paid a stipend for their services.

Auditionsfor Death on the Canal will be on May2-3 at Community Connections, 2381 South Locust Street, Rear, Canal Fulton,Ohio Themurder mystery comedy, Death on theCanal, will be presented by the Canal Fulton Players on June 18-19, 25-26at the St. Helena III in Canal Fulton Park. This is a dinner theatre format. The play, which has been written by David Van Gaasbeek, will bepresented at the Canalways Center, the Towpath, the St. Helena III, and Lock 4Park. The audience will be on the canalboat with most of the cast on the boat. Only one cast member will be on the Towpath.
