This conference is meant to provide a networking and educational venue for Northeast Ohio theatre educators and professionals of all skill levels and abilities. If you’ve been a part of creating or producing theatrical productions for years or if you’re just starting out, you will learn valuable skills while making amazing connections at this event! Speakers include professionals from Weathervane Playhouse, Dramatist Guild of America, Rebel Panda Productions, and other theatre educators from the surrounding community. Spectacular Party Entertainment & Schossler Enterprises are in search of a performer to portray Harry Potter at upcoming events. Compensation per event-based, between $25 and $50 per performance hour. Must be available to start as early as July 23rd. US-based international mindfulness company is seeking actors for a series of videos that will be used for a mindfulness training program. We will be hiring 2-3 actors of any gender, any ethnicity. Pay is $100/day. Fit actors familiar with mindfulness practice, meditation, and alternative healing are a plus. Also seeking a yoga instructor for an instructional video featuring our product. Filming will commence in late July depending on actor availability. Self-tape auditions are due at midnight Sunday, July 11, by midnight. Cleveland Public Theatre STUDENT THEATRE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM (STEP) 2021 SUMMER SESSION TECH ENSEMBLE JULY 12 – AUGUST 8, 2021 WHO: Youth Ages 14-19 (Cuyahoga County Residents) interested in theatre technical work WHAT: The Student Theatre Enrichment Program is the longest-running arts-based, workplace development program in Cleveland and is an international model for engaging youth. Since its beginning in 1994, STEP has received multiple awards and recognitions, including those from The City of Cleveland, The President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, and the National Endowment for the Arts. Through STEP, teens see themselves as a positive and inspirational force, and watch as their work has an impact on the larger Cleveland community.
