SCA’s Musical Theater Workshop is at HIT at SCA!* Camp will be held June 6th through July 8th **No camp Monday July 4th* from 9:30am-12:30pm daily M-F in the SCA Theater. *Performances are MANDATORY and will be Thursday July 7th 4pm and 7pm and Friday July 8th at 4pm. * SCA’s camp is led by Solon High School Theater Director Ms. Kris Ferencie with the help of the SCA staff and is a great way to start off your theater experience! Students will learn musical theater techniques and perform a full length show at the end of the summer. Gypsy is the ultimate tale of an ambitious stage mother fighting for her daughters' success - while secretly yearning for her own. Set all across America in the 1920s and 30s, when vaudeville was dying and burlesque was born. It is now being produced right here in Medina, OH by Medina County Show Biz Company. Come be a part of the show that is regarded by many theatre professionals as the finest musical ever created. Auditions will be July 13th and 14th from 7:00pm-10:00pm Haddad Theatre - 144 N Broadway Medina, OH 44256 Please prepare 32 bars of music to sing, an accompanist will be provided. The Luminescent Moon Theatre is in need of filling two roles for their original production of Waltz with Me being presented at the Summit TheatreFest at the Akron Civic Theatre on Saturday July 9th. We need to fill two roles for minimal rehearsals, when held, Mondays and Thursdays from 7-9 p.m.. Lottie decided to sign up her husband, Archie and herself for ballroom dance lessons. Not only do they learn how to move elegantly on their feet, but hopefully they become wiser together as they take classes with their quirky dance instructor. They dance through their new marriage, hopefully, with more rhythm than before.
