Cleveland Dance Project is seeking choreographers who want to work with our all level adult family to create a short work for our season 10 showcase! Choreographers will hold weekly 90 minute rehearsals (arranged and paid for by CDP) culminating in two shows on Dec 3. We are especially seeking choreographers willing to work with all levels of dancers, in any and all styles of dance. Choreographers will receive professional video footage of their work and feedback & assistance as needed throughout the season. Applications are due July 30. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee. *After a long hiatus, Ensemble Theatre is excited to announce its residency at Notre Dame College in South Euclid! * After spending the last couple of years navigating the COVID-19 pandemic as well as changing locations, *the staff and board of Ensemble Theatre* are excited to announce our *new residency* on the campus of *Notre Dame College in South Euclid!!! * *"Both my mother and I graduated from Regina Highschool, so in a lot of ways I am returning to the "stage" where a lot of this began for both of us!" -Celeste Cosentino, Executive Artistic Director * Celeste Cosentino is the Executive Artistic Director of Ensemble which has served audiences in Northeast Ohio for over 40 years. The small professional theatre, founded by her late mother the year after she was born, has navigated this world alongside her in so many ways! She is also excited and grateful to have recently been named the *Director of Theatre Studies at Notre Dame College* where she will work alongside the amazing Performing Arts Department staff to guide Notre Dame College Performing Arts Majors/Minors (and non majors alike) as part of the college's Performing Arts yearly series, college classes, and community programing! *"NDC is thrilled about our newly formed partnership with Ensemble Theatre! Beachwood Theater Camp 2022 Season Award winning Beachwood Theater Camp still has openings for this 2022 summer season! Camp is offered for students grades 2 - 8. Session I runs from June 13 - July 15. Session I production “Have a KIND Summer, Charlie Brown” includes speaking roles for ALL campers. Session II Runs from July 18 - July 29. This session focuses on a Showcase to be performed at the end of the 2 week session. All students receive instruction in Acting, Vocal Performance, Dance, Crafts and Improv. When not rehearsing students enjoy Field Trips, Guest Artists and Swimming at Beachwood’s Aquatic Center. A MASTER PROGRAM IS OFFERED FOR TEENS GRADES 9 - 11. Master students assist instructors, attend special Master Classes, participate in the All Camp Productions and perform a small production of their own. Master Students also earn Community Service hours needed to graduate most High Schools.
