I am available for work in property preservation, groundskeeping and leasing (plus turning over apartments) in Property Management. I have years of leasing experience, plus know how to supervise turning apartments (have my own freelance renovations staff) and maintaining properties through preservation. I can offer 50 hours a week as a groundskeeper and leasing agent (which can include turning apartments and monitoring property, as well as property preservation for homes). In exchange I am asking free rent on the grounds or near the grounds. I could be on site for unlimited hours and on call at your convenience. I'm open to any arrangement, and can be available 80 hours a week (or 24/7) on a barter-partial salary split. City Ballet of Cleveland2016 Audition�Date: April 10, 2016Time: 4:00 pm-5:30 pmFollowed by Parents’ Meeting at 5:30 pmThe City Ballet of Cleveland (CBC) audition is open to all serious dancers of ballet ages 10-21.� The company has two annual performances in May and December, as well as performances at All Ohio Dance Festival, Regional Dance America, and local schools.� Applications are available upon request at the Front Desk and online at�www.cityballetofcleveland.org��under Company information. Potential dancers do not have to be students at Cleveland City Dance.� If you do make it into the Company, you would need your current dance school to sign off monthly to confirm you are taking the required dance training in order to dance with the Company. All potential Company members must audition in the Spring prior to the upcoming season. This includes all current Company members.� There is a�$25 non-refundable audition�(cash or check) which will be applied toward the Company fall participation fee.
