We will consider actors aged (10-12) for the role of Benjamin. Beck Center For The Arts in Lakewood, OH is pleased to announce AUDITIONS for its encore production of *JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT*. Open Call auditions will be held by appointment only on the following dates and times: *Sunday, September 29th with slots between 5PM and 8PM available* (Beck Main Bldg) *Monday, September 30th with slots between 6PM and 9PM available* (Beck's Music and Creative Arts Bldg) Audition appointments can be made by calling the Beck Center Box Office during regular business hours (after 12PM) at 216-521-2540 *Please prepare* one musical theatre selection no longer than 90 seconds. Young performers interested in the Youth Chorus may sing a shorter selection and sing a capella if desired. Adults should provide sheet music in their key. An accompanist will be provided. *Production Dates* for this year's encore are Dec. 6th thru Jan. 5th. For the most part, the show performs Thursday thru Sunday. There are NO performances Dec. 23rd thru Dec. 27th, allowing for out-of-town travel if desired. *Rehearsals *will begin circa November 2nd. *Call Backs* will occur the weekend of October 5/6. Some cast members return from last year's nearly sold out production, including Tony Award Nominee Mary Bridget Davies as the Narrator and NYC Equity performer Jimmy Helms as Pharaoh. The role of Joseph has also been cast, and Jacob returns from last year as well. There are Brothers/Wives/Youth Chorus roles available including features (ie Potiphar) as well as understudies for The Narrator, Joseph, and Pharoah. Adult Cast Age Range---16 thru 45 Youth Chorus Age Range---8 thru 15 *Special Note: Narrator understudy WILL perform for the final weekend of the show.* Casting is for Non-Equity performers only for this encore. Is your front door piling up with packages? :) Are you on a first name basis with an Amazon delivery driver? :) Did you have an unexpected bill or expense that you'd rather not pay for? School, parking, ticketing, all these little extra fees that you'd like to cover without dipping into your other funds? Well, I am organizing a product review channel that emphasizes honest, friendly reviews of all kinds of products, that can help shoppers get a feel for the item through short form video reviews! And we need your help! I am currently looking for creators to record videos of products that they already own, all from the comfort of their home! Here are the deets for the videos! :) * showcase the product and demonstrate its features * be currently available for sale on Amazon * be filmed sideways/horizontally * be well lit and audible * have an aesthetically pleasing background * time wise, be about 1-2 minutes in length, though can be longer if you like * please don’t mention the price, where it was purchased, or any words referring to “buy” or “purchase” or “safe” as Amazon may not approve it ^_^’’ * snap a pic for a thumbnail, with some light photo editing (something like the above images:) The payment per video and accompanying thumbnail pic would be $10. We pay via PayPal or Venmo. A video doesn’t usually take too long to make, so even if you just made 2-4 videos in an hour, that would be $20-40 an hour :) This has worked out for people we’ve employed in the past. Anything you film (that we’re able to use as per the above guidelines), we can pay you for. If the video hits all the marks, it should be good to go :) Otherwise, anything missing you can always re-film and re-send. Once we approve your first video, we can get you set up to make more! =D Product wise, we're open to most products, as long as it is a physical item, and currently for sale on Amazon. Fall Classes at Talespinner Children's Theatre begin this week! Opportunities for students ages 0-18 of all experience levels. To register, visit us at www.TaleSpinnerCle.org/Classes Our Classes this semester are: *Masks & Puppet Creature Creation (4-7 years old)* Do you have a young one at home who loves to create? Are they constantly taking things around the home and transforming them into something fantastical to play with? Someone who has an infinite imagination and just wants to build that idea? Masks & Puppet Creature Creation is designed for those young engineers, as in this class we will be creating a monster character with masks and puppets. These little scientists will also be bringing these monsters to life with movements and the 5 tools of acting. In the end join us for a frightening informance where these creators will show off their creations! *KidCo Youth Performance Company (9-16 years old)* Calling all performers from 9-16 years old to join TCT’s production of “Stuart Little'' this Fall! There is NO entry audition necessary, you do NOT need to be enrolled in another class to participate, and EVERY student is guaranteed a spot. With featured roles and ensemble parts new and experienced performers alike are certain to find a place in Stuart Little. From set/hair/makeup/costume design to stage management, set construction, and more, students will have many opportunities to find a home in the theater community! *Act Out (3-5, 6-8 years old)* ACT Out is designed for creative, dramatic, and energetic students interested in learning the basic tools of acting and using their imaginations.
